FARI's search for the best manpower begin with a search in our updated database of candidates through advertisements, interactive recruitment network, nationwide sourcing, jobs fairs, Provincial Recruitment Authority (PRA), and personal references by deployed and satisfied workers and their relatives.

And as FARI expands overseas, our resources will grow, our knowledge will be developed and our clients will be satisfied more often, more completely.


All candidates undergo thorough interviews and screenings. The shortlist candidates undergo comprehensive assessment of their skills, experience, and management style. The top 3 candidates are presented to the Client for their evaluation and review.

FARI ensures that the selected candidates pass the duly accredited medical institute’s test and are emotionally, psychologically and physically fit for the job.
