Procedures in acquiring e-registration record & PEOS Certificate:

Part of the requirements in processing your exit clearance at DMW is to submit E-registration and PEOS Certificate.

Remember: Please review the information before submission, no typographical error.

STEP 1: E-REGISTRATION

To register, click here.

Please make sure that you encode the correct information, review first the information before you submit or proceed to the next page.

After the e-registration, you need to apply for PEOS Certificate at POEA website.

Remember: Finish first the e-registration before taking the PEOS.

STEP 2: PEOS

Here are the step-by-step instructions to help you complete this module:

Click here and encode your E-Registration number, Last name and First name then you may select (skilled) from any of the following existing modules:

Professionals and Skilled Workers; and
Household Worker

Click the Log In

Read the modules and answer all the questions after each module. You need to get at least three correct answers to proceed to the next module.

Select your desired country of destination and answer all the questions.

After passing all the learning modules, you can now print your new PEOS certificate or take note of your certificate number. You will be asked to present this during your application.

Once the PEOS certificate is available, please email us a copy.

Education Credentials – Diploma, Transcript of Records or Form 137 for High School, TESDA Certificates, Training Certificates.
Certificate of Employment (COE)
For Ex-KSA workers, show a copy of your Final Exit Clearance if applying for our KSA job opportunities.
Printed mandatory PEOS certificate and e-Registration form.
Foreign Police Certificate (for applicants who previously had overseas work stint).This requirement varies per country of destination. Better to obtain this before leaving your current country of employment.

Original Passport (with at least 1 year validity)

12 pieces 2×2 ID photograph, white background & 4 pcs. 2×2, with nametag

Authenticated or Apostilled/DFA Documents or Original Copy of the following documents:
